i used Wellbutrin and for the first two weeks i was completely smoke free, no urges, nothing. then after two weeks the urge came back just a bit, i was having trouble sleeping and it made me feel kind of disconnected. i eventually ended up stopping the meds and i still smoke.

i would like to try hypnotism but haven't gotten to it yet.

only quit when you are ready to, pick a date you want not a date set by someone else, and try to avoid situations where you are going to be in old familiar situations where you would once smoke. i quit 6 years ago cold turkey and had more success that way. of course i started again but i hate to be labeled a quitter. lol

good luck i hope it works
