My last Stop Smoking track has been downloaded over 100000 times but was too long to include the full track on youtube so I have refined the process and shortened it to fit a whole Quit Smoking self hypnosis track here on youtube (The original track is still available on www.personalfreedom.co.uk). The track is based on a Quit Smoking strategy I learn many years ago from legendary Hypnotherapist Stephen Brooks (www.british-hypnosis-research.com) with modifications that smoker who have quit say make the track more powerful and effective. As I am not going through the process face to face some people may initially find it goes too quick. The best thing to do is to listen to the track so that you know what you are going to have to bring to mind. Then you can think about these things in your own time before relistening to the track to Quit Smoking . In a real session I would judge how many repititions to do of the process. Here I have limited it to fit on youtube so some people that require a few more repititions can relisten to the track to Stop Smoking. The track is interactive and requires the involvement of the listener. It is not just a passive process and it will only work with those that want to Stop Smoking because you need to be able to come up with the reasons …
