Emphysema. I do not need supplemental
Oxygen yet, and maybe i will never need
it, but if i did not stop smoking, I am sure
I would need it within 1 Year.
Smoking is an addiction, and more difficult to give up than most street drugs.

My grandma smokes EVERY SINGLE DAY and I don’t think she is very healthy and my aunt smokes as well.
Her house smells like cigs, fuckin disgusting, and my aunt coughs like cig smokers.

The truth is that stopping is really easy..Its all in your head.If you think that you are making a sacrifice then the longing will never go away.
There are no withdrawal symtoms like Heroin or Alcohol..no physical pain..just tell yourself that you have quit…and not that you are trying to quit…that is the difference.
