smoking cessation and jogging?

I used to smoke and trained while I was younger (swimming and running). Then I got pregnant, stop smoking, and had two more children. Then I did the unthinkable 3 years ago I started smoking again. Now slowly approaching my 30 I decided to stop smoking and rewarded my self with a new car. Since it didn’t work I looked at what motivated me before, so I decided to start jogging again. The running is starting good my lungs are struggling which is like my own little sign to (tell me I’m an idiot). My problem is this one.. Even though I started reducing my amount of smoking and increasing the jogging, the coughing and the headache is horrible afterward. What can I do to make the transition easier? Will it last long?

Smoking is one of the most difficult addictions to stop. You quit smoking and then started again. This means that the psycological triggers that cause you to smoke were not totally eliminated. You also seem to have moderate withdrawal symptoms. There are herbal remedies available to deal with the withdrawal symptoms like headache, depression and restlessness. You might try these remedies to reduce the withdrawal symptoms. I am suggesting it because it helped me. I am 40 and am worried about my smoking. I tried to quit several times but always started again because of the severe depression it caused. Anyway I am in the process of quiting again and have reduced my smoking from a pack a day to about 5 or 6 cigerattes a day. This time with the herbal remedy, I am using the withdrawal symptoms are well under control. I hope to say good bye to smoking completely by the next week.
