Trapo ( Traditional Politician) and Health Warnings

Congressman BingBong Crisologo brazenly violates the law (RA 9211, Sec 6) by smoking in the workplace and explains that the proposed graphic health warning bill is not effective because people do not understand pictures. He suggests having health warnings on pork sausages and compares the addiction to cigarettes to the habit of bringing a wallet. Howie Severino and his I Witness team captures the criminal act and the ludicrous discussion. This is a compilation of clips from Boses Upos, an I-Witness Documentary
